But then it happened that I decided to grow a beard and my previous hairdresser was not good at it. I googled and for some reason this particular place stood out to me. I decided to take a risk and booked an appointment!
The first couple of times I was serviced by the highly experienced Said - I was very satisfied with him.
Since people need to rest (including Said), the third and fourth times I ended up with his colleague Mo.
Mo is not as experienced as Said, but he is very customer-oriented and feedback-oriented, which are very important qualities for a person who is learning and developing. Before starting work, he asked me about my preferences in terms of hair length and beard shape and length. After each major procedure, he asked me to evaluate the result of his work to make sure that it met my expectations. I can confidently say that I was very satisfied with the result! 🙂
